- I Could have Been
- "I found this to be a touching poem, and with all the senseless deaths lately, this is also a very important and timely write. Actually, what caught my eye was the title. I love butterflies. If I were a collector it would be of butterflies. You did a great job describing them in your acrostic.

Hope, Faith and Love
"This piece grabs the reader's attention from the very beginning, and keeps the reader's attention throughout. This is a lovely acrostic, which you have written about faith, hope, and love; three very-needed virtues for everyone. I really appreciated how you made each first letter stand out so that the reader could tell what words you were trying to make the acrostic from. There are a lot of writers who forget to do this and I feel it is vital to this form. You have done a wonderful job expressing what these virtues are all about. There is good depth of emotion and feeling in each line. My favorite lines include: "Find it within yourself and never let it grow dark" - what a very nice description for the word "faith". Also I enjoyed the line "Love in all that you do" - such wonderful words to live by. All in all, this is a very good read. Great job!"
